The co-founder of Imperial, Mr. Iacovacci is an expert in interoperable software
applications, transportation logistics and wireless device integration. He leads the
company's operations and services, customer satisfaction efforts, strategy and
business development and also serves on the Board of Directors. Currently an
Adjunct Professor in Computer Science at Fordham University, Mr. Iacovacci brings
to the table 18 years' experience in business leadership and hands-on technology roles.
Prior to Imperial, he was for eight years the CEO of AM Business Consultants, which he
also founded. His management experience includes lead roles at public service
agencies and companies as diverse as the Bronx District Attorney's office and
audio-visual giant BASF. Mr. Iacovacci holds a BS in Computer Science from
St. John's University and an MBA from Iona College.


Mr. Barbachan co-founded Imperial with John Iacovacci and also serves on the
company's Board of Directors. A Red Hat Linux Certified Engineer, he leads
development efforts employing Linux-based solutions and is responsible for the
company's product recommendations and solutions strategies in the wireless
computing space. Mr. Barbachan was previously the chief technology strategist for
AM Business, where he worked for six years. He holds a BS in Computer Science
from Fordham University.


Mr. DeVito is a partner and intellectual property specialist in the Manhattan office
of the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. During
his distinguished career, his clients have included Novell, WordPerfect, Computer
Associates, Compaq and Western Digital. Mr. DeVito earned his J.D. from St. John's
University and also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.
